We seem to be programmed to challenge, to fight, to counterattack. We seem to be conditioned to loudly mark our point of vue, most of the time by openly disagreeing with the other part, like this would be the only way our personality could survive. There is a whole mindset in favor of disagreeing. Every time somebody is trying to say something, we seem to first find reasons to reject what the other just said, and only if we haven’t find any, then we agree.

In every relationship, personal or professional, there will always be some disagreement. You will never find an environment where people always agree and that understand each other. That’s fantasy, not reality.Here are effective ways for dealing with disagreement.

I Disagree; I Refuse; you’re Wrong. These are the words that define our individuality, give us our freedom, enjoin our tolerance, enlarge our perspectives, seize our attention, energize our progress, make our democracies real, and give hope and courage to oppressed people everywhere. Galileo and Darwin; Mandela, Havel, and Liu Xiaobo; Rosa Parks and Natan Sharansky — such are the ranks of those who disagree.

Key flashpoints include rising friction in the Baltic Sea, the conflict between Iran and Israel, growing unrest across Asia and Africa, and the ongoing war in Ukraine against Russia. President Donald Trump’s second term hints at a return to isolationist policies. In todays world, global cooperation is essential in tackling challenges that affect the entire planet. Climate change is one of the most pressing issues that require international agreements and collaboration. The rate of change in the Earth's environment is alarming, and it is clear that collective action is needed to combat the worst effects of climate change. Different countries have different perspectives on the issue, and some may not see the urgency of the situation. However, it is undeniable that the consequences of inaction will be catastrophic for all nations.
