It is always part of our humanity to be more inclusive. Acknowledging others cultural difference, etc. Everyone ishould be valued & respected, regardless of their background or identity.

However, it’s not just diversity that holds this power; it’s the spirit of inclusiveness that truly brings out the strength within this diversity.

Nobody wants to be a target of discrimination, recrimination, passed over for a promotion, or worse, handed a pink slip because they don’t share the views of the majority in their workplace. Well, I say…enough. You are Good Enough Now. And it’s time to assert yourself…but gently.
