Infinity is something which is boundless, endless, or larger than any natural number. It is denoted by ∞

It's about trying to figure out something that has no end and how that idea fits into our understanding of the world. Thinkers from the past, like Aristotle, to those in the present day have asked big questions about what exists, how the world is built, and how much humans can really understand. This idea of infinity is also important in math, like in calculus and set theory, and in physics, where we think about endless things like black holes or the vast universe.

I’ll understand this one of these days. I have to rewatch these videos several times before I start to understand what’s being said. The fact that I can even grasp some of these concepts is a credit to you guys at PBS SpaceTime for being such awesome science communicators :)
