A SWOT analysis is a strategic planning tool used to evaluate an organization, project, or individual's Strengths, Weaknesses (internal factors) and Opportunities, Threats (external factors) to develop effective strategies, leverage advantages, and mitigate risks.

SWOT analysis evaluates the strategic position of organizations and is often used in the preliminary stages of decision-making processes[2] to identify internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieving goals. Users of a SWOT analysis ask questions to generate answers for each category and identify competitive advantages.

Planning provides direction and a sense of purpose . Without plans and goals, Organizations and Persons merely react to daily occurrences without considering what will happen in the long-run.

Vision is the ability to think about the future with imagination or wisdom.
