Question: Why is there Experience at all? We do not really understand what we are. We have a Binding Problem. The Universe is aware of itself.

The ability to quickly integrate vast amounts of sensory data across receptor systems producing a rapid, coherent, and singular perception points to a higher-order activity in the brain responsible for binding our perceptual experience together for our later conscious evaluation.
