In Science, the Past refers to any point in time that has already occurred relative to the present moment. In Einstein’s theories, space and time form a four-dimensional continuum known as spacetime.

The fabric of space-time is a conceptual model combining the three dimensions of space with the fourth dimension of time. According to the best of current physical theories, space-time explains the unusual relativistic effects that arise from traveling near the speed of light as well as the motion of massive objects in the universe.

What we are missing is the most important quality in life: the Present moment, the consciousness that is sitting in the seat of self and experiencing the Now! The present moment is the most precious thing we ever have, and it is all there is. It’s all in the mind! A variety of articles over the years have identified 2 to 3 seconds as the maximum duration of what most people experience as ‘now’, and what researchers call the ‘specious present’.
