LIVER

The Liver is a major organ only found in vertebrates which performs many essential biological functions such as detoxification of the organism, and the synthesis of proteins and biochemicals necessary for digestion and growth.
Wiki
Stacks Image 1520

In humans, it is located in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen, below the diaphragm. Its other roles in metabolism include the regulation of glycogen storage, decomposition of red blood cells, and the production of hormones.
The liver is an accessory digestive organ that produces bile, an alkaline fluid containing cholesterol and bile acids, which helps the breakdown of fat. The gallbladder, a small pouch that sits just under the liver, stores bile produced by the liver which is later moved to the small intestine to complete digestion. The liver's highly specialized tissue, consisting mostly of hepatocytes, regulates a wide variety of high-volume biochemical reactions, including the synthesis and breakdown of small and complex molecules, many of which are necessary for normal vital functions. Estimates regarding the organ's total number of functions vary, but is generally cited as being around 500.

💥 Fatty Liver

Fatty Liver disease means that you have fat inside your liver that can, over time, affect liver function and cause liver injury. People who drink too much alcohol may also have fat in their liver, but that condition is different from fatty liver disease.

💥 Inflammation

Liver Inflammation occurs when liver cells are damaged. “Hepatitis” is the medical term for liver inflammation. Viral hepatitis is the most common form.

💥 Fibrosis

Liver Fibrosis is the excessive accumulation of extracellular matrix proteins including collagen that occurs in most types of chronic liver diseases. Advanced liver fibrosis results in cirrhosis, liver failure, and portal hypertension and often requires liver transplantation.

💥Cirrhosis

Liver Cirrhosis is scarring (fibrosis) of the liver caused by long-term liver damage. The scar tissue prevents the liver working properly. Cirrhosis is sometimes called end-stage liver disease because it happens after other stages of damage from conditions that affect the liver, such as hepatitis.

💥 Liver Failure

Liver Failure occurs when your liver isn't working well enough to perform its functions. Symptoms include nausea, loss of appetite, and blood in the stool.

💥Avoid Fructose

Ingestion of Fructose chronically has contributed to multiple health consequences, such as insulin resistance, obesity, liver disorders, and diabetes. Fructose metabolism starts with fructose phosphorylation by fructose kinase in the liver, and this process is not feedback regulated.

💥Eat Choline

Choline is an essential nutrient for humans. Humans are capable of some de novo synthesis of choline but require additional choline in the diet to maintain health.
Choline is found in a variety of foods. The richest sources are meat, fish, poultry, dairy, and eggs.

💥Limit Drugs and Alcohol

The Liver is one of the major metabolic organs in the body, playing a critical role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids, lipids, drugs and xenobiotics. As a result, the liver often becomes the target of drug and xenobiotics-induced damage. Currently, the most common cause for acute liver failure in the United States and multiple European countries is drug-induced liver injury (DILI). This is one of the leading causes for halting drug development and removing drugs from the consumer market.

💥Eat Vegetables

💥Eat Herbs and Supplements

💥Avoid Vegetale Oils

What could be so bad about them? It is in fact the chemical and heat processing techniques used in factories to industrially extract the oils from the seed which degrades the unstable molecular structure of the fat.
Chemically processing seeds increases the oil yield—thus profits—compared with cold pressing a seed. So, it is profitable for companies to use harsh, industrialized techniques to extract the oils with no regard for the consumer’s health.
